Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be dispatched that same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

When your order is dispatched from our store you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. All orders contain a tracking number.

Returns accepted on all unworn items within 28 days of delivery.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
A gift message can be added to your order in your shopping cart. Once you have selected the products you would like to order, head to the cart page to review your order.
On the cart page, you can select 'Leave a note' to add a message onto the shipping note for your recipient.
I am sending a gift to a friend, can you exclude the price on the receipt?
No problem, our dispatch notes never include pricing details so you do not need to specifically request this.
How can I make an order?

Beautiful ring, but faded quickly
Such a beautiful ring, always being asked where it's from!! However, within 3 weeks, the gold has started to wear off. I understand you aren't meant to get it wet, but this is very difficult when it's raining or when you go to the loo (don't want to drop it down the drain!)
